The WhatsApp API
Engineered for Scale.
Connect multiple WhatsApp instances via high-speed WebSockets based API, stream real-time events to your webhooks, and automate multi-channel conversations with sub-100ms latency.

Hardware-grade reliability.
Every tool for modern messaging.
Converso WhatsApp API v3 combines low-level socket protocol mastery with cloud automation, giving you complete command over your WhatsApp channels.
Unified Multi-Instance Gateway
Connect dozens of WhatsApp numbers simultaneously within a single workspace. Switch seamlessly between support lines, sales numbers, and automated bots with zero cross-talk.
Autonomous AI Workflows
Deploy conversational AI agents directly onto your WhatsApp numbers. Features smart intent detection, custom system prompts, and automated webhook suppression during bot replies.
Lightning Webhooks
Subscribe to incoming messages, status updates, presence receipts, and connection changes. Dispatched with HMAC-SHA256 signature verification and exponential backoff retries.
Hardware-Isolated Sessions
CWA session tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We enforce zero plaintext logging, and credentials can be permanently purged in a single click.
Humanized Rate-Smoothing
Protect your WhatsApp numbers with adaptive dispatch queuing, randomized jitter timing, and emulated 'composing...' presence states that mirror genuine human activity.
From Device Handshake to Your API.
Explore how messages traverse our stateful socket cluster, Redis event broker, and your backend webhooks with zero relational database friction.
CWA WebSocket Gateway
High-concurrency Node.js cluster maintaining stateful WebSocket sessions with automatic fault reconnection.
Four lines of code.
Infinite possibilities.
Built by developers, for developers. Clean REST endpoints, typed SDKs for your language of choice, and real-time interactive testing directly in your browser.

No hidden asterisks. We believe in complete transparency regarding account considerations, data retention policies, and technical realities.
Independent Linked-Device Protocol
Converso connects via the Multi-Device protocol as a companion Web client. We are independent of Meta and WhatsApp. Review our full policy to understand the technical boundary.

Your message payloads and conversation contents are routed through ephemeral in-memory buffers and delivered directly to your webhooks. We do not store or monetize your customer chat data.

No. Our pricing catalog, API documentation, and compliance policies are completely public. You only need to create a free workspace when you are ready to configure instances or generate API tokens.
CWA v3 links to WhatsApp via the Multi-Device protocol. It simulates a linked companion device (like WhatsApp Web), which allows your phone to remain connected while our API streams messages and events.
No. CWA uses an independent linked-device protocol and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms or WhatsApp Inc. Unlike the official Cloud API, there are no per-conversation template markup fees, but account guidelines apply.
Yes. Any automated or bulk messaging carries inherent risk under WhatsApp anti-spam policies. While our platform includes smart rate-limiters, humanized typing simulation, and queue smoothing, no tool can guarantee immunity from WhatsApp enforcement. We advise adhering to our acceptable use guidelines and obtaining clear recipient opt-in.
Once you select a plan, you submit payment via your preferred gateway. An administrator verifies the transaction and activates your instance quotas. You will receive an instant notification once your workspace is ready.
AI features are available on supported plan tiers. You can configure custom LLM system prompts, intent triggers, and webhook suppression rules to automate first-response handling with seamless human agent fallback.
