Accounts and authority
You must be an adult with legal capacity to enter an agreement. Provide accurate account and billing details, secure your credentials, and authorize only appropriate team members. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, connected numbers, API keys, webhooks, and integrations. Notify support promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for recipient permissions, lawful content, appropriate privacy notices, and compliance with applicable law and platform rules.
What the service provides
CWA provides software to manage messaging connections, API access, workspace members, and features enabled by your plan. Features, quotas, dependencies, and technical compatibility may change. No uninterrupted availability, delivery rate, AI accuracy, or service-level commitment is promised unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
Linked-device connections, an unofficial WhatsApp Web integration. Converso is not Meta or WhatsApp and is not an official substitute for the WhatsApp Business Platform. You must assess whether the connection method is appropriate for your intended use.
Plans, payments, and refunds
The plan catalog shows current prices, billing periods, features, and limits. Confirm the payment currency, taxes, external charges, and payment instructions before purchasing. Payment submission is subject to administrator verification; a receipt alone does not activate service. Do not assume automatic renewal, a free trial, or unlimited use unless expressly offered.
You may stop using the service and contact support about cancellation or renewal. Cancellation does not automatically erase stored data. Refund requests are reviewed against the purchased service, written commitments, and applicable law. A third-party restriction or ban does not by itself create a contractual right to a refund; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Material price or term changes apply as notified, subject to applicable law and existing written commitments.
Permitted use and customer content
You retain your rights in your content and grant the permissions needed to store, transmit, process, and display it to deliver the service as configured. You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide that content. Converso retains its rights in its branding and proprietary service materials; applicable open-source licenses continue to govern their components.
Do not use the service for spam, fraud, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, harassment, unauthorized account access, or bypassing platform enforcement. Do not resell access or exceed technical restrictions in ways your plan or agreement does not permit.
Third-party platforms and AI
Meta, WhatsApp, infrastructure vendors, and your integration providers control their own services and terms. They may change access, suspend accounts, remove features, or interrupt service independently of Converso. We cannot prevent or reverse their enforcement decisions.
AI output may be incorrect or inappropriate. Review your configurations and outputs, obtain required permissions for processing, and provide suitable human oversight. Do not rely on generated content for decisions that require qualified professional judgment.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for unpaid subscriptions, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material breaches. Where reasonably practicable and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Urgent action may be necessary to protect users or the service. Contact support to dispute a suspension, request account closure, or arrange a data request.
Disclaimers and limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free results. Keep appropriate backups and an alternative communication channel.
To the extent permitted by law, Converso Empire is not responsible for Meta or WhatsApp account bans, suspensions, restrictions, number loss, enforcement decisions, or resulting business interruption caused by those third-party decisions. We do not guarantee immunity from enforcement or successful appeals. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, and lost business opportunities to the extent legally permitted.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, mandatory consumer remedies, or responsibility that applicable law imposes on us for our own conduct. These terms do not make unlawful use lawful or transfer every risk to you regardless of its cause.
Questions, disputes, and changes
Contact support@conversoempire.world with questions or disputes so we can investigate. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights that apply to you. Disputes may be brought before courts with lawful jurisdiction; these terms do not remove non-waivable rights to a local forum.
We may update these terms and will identify the updated version. Material changes will be notified where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
