CONVERSO TRUST CENTER

User data & deletion

Understand your workspace data, integration copies, and how to request access, export, correction, or deletion.

Last updated · Converso Empire, Lahore, Pakistan

Your workspace can contain account records, WhatsApp session credentials, customer conversations, and integration data. Disconnecting an account is not the same as deleting all of that information.

What may be stored

The service can store account and organization details, roles, authentication sessions, connected-instance credentials and configuration, contacts, chat and message records, media or media references, delivery events, webhook settings, audit records, payment references and receipts, and support correspondence. Actual storage depends on the enabled features and deployment settings.

AI features can additionally store agent instructions, conversation sessions, generated responses, tool results, schedules, and usage records. Customer organizations should provide their own privacy notices and determine whether it is appropriate to process sensitive information through these features.

Who can access workspace data

Access depends on membership, permissions, service administration, and the integrations your organization configures. Webhook destinations and AI providers can receive information as part of your configured workflow. Consider those recipients before enabling an integration; disconnecting it does not recall information already delivered.

Request access, correction, export, or deletion

Email support@conversoempire.world, preferably from the email linked to your account, with the subject ‘Data request’. You do not need an active subscription or a portal login to contact us.

  • State the request: access, correction, export, deletion, or account closure.
  • Include your account email and workspace name or organization ID. Identify the connected account or data concerned where necessary.
  • For an organization-wide request, explain your authority to act for that organization. For a message-recipient request, identify the business that contacted you and the relevant conversation.
  • Do not send your password, API token, pairing code, complete identity documents, or full payment card details. We will request proportionate verification through an appropriate channel if needed.

What happens after a request

We verify identity and authority, determine the records within scope, and coordinate with the relevant organization where it controls the data. We respond within the timelines applicable to your request under law and explain any permitted exception or extension. We do not promise immediate or fully automated deletion.

Export availability depends on the information held and the rights that apply. Ask for the format you need; support will confirm what can be provided. Requests must not expose another person’s information or bypass workspace authorization.

Deletion limits and retained records

Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security investigations, or legal holds. Backups may be removed through their normal lifecycle rather than changed immediately. We will explain relevant limitations when responding to a request.

Deleting data in Converso does not automatically delete recipients’ messages, WhatsApp or Meta records, third-party AI records, webhook copies, or files exported by your team. Those copies are governed by the respective recipient or provider. Disconnect WhatsApp linked devices and revoke exposed keys when appropriate, in addition to requesting deletion.

Remove data from your browser

Sign out to clear application authentication and cached data, then use your browser’s site-data controls to remove any remaining local storage and IndexedDB entries, including the remembered login email. Clearing your browser does not delete server-side records. On a shared device, close the session and avoid saving credentials.
