How do payment and activation work?
Create an account, choose a plan, and follow the payment instructions. Submit your transaction details and receipt where requested. Your subscription starts after payment is verified, not when a receipt is uploaded.
Are AI features included?
Only where listed in your plan. Agent counts, token quotas, triggers, and other AI features vary. Do not assume unlimited AI usage or that external provider charges are included.
What happens if WhatsApp bans my account?
Converso cannot prevent or reverse Meta or WhatsApp restrictions. A ban does not automatically create a refund entitlement, subject to applicable law and any written agreement. Review the account-risk policy before connecting.
